Through body-based rituals, emotional clarity, and energetic tools, I guide you out of survival mode and back into your own rhythm — one breath, one boundary, one becoming at a time.
But let’s be clear:
I’m not here to fix you.
I’m here to walk beside you as you remember who you are.
I know what it feels like to be exhausted from holding it all together — pouring your energy into everyone else while quietly wondering, “What about me?” For years, I gave and gave until my body whispered “enough” — and eventually screamed it.
That’s when everything changed.
I started listening to my own rhythms.
Learning how to protect my energy.
Building boundaries that honored my needs.
And finally choosing a life that feels like mine.
Hi, I'm Brooke Buchanan
Soul Embodiment & Energetic Alignment Guide
Here's a bit of my story...
Not the polished kind — the real kind.
I’m Brooke — Soul Embodiment & Energetic Alignment Guide.
And I’m not here to fix you.
I’m here to walk beside you as you come home to yourself.
My journey has always lived at the intersection of wellness, service, and truth.
Even before I had the words for it, I was deeply tuned into the body, the emotions it holds, and the invisible threads that connect us to something more. I followed that calling through science, health, and culture — earning dual Bachelor’s degrees in Zoology (with a concentration in Neurobiology & Animal Behavior) and Nutritional Sciences, along with a Specialization in African Studies.
One of the most pivotal experiences of my life was studying abroad in Kenya, immersed in the rhythms of nature, global health, and community. That season cracked me open. I knew I was meant to serve others — but I didn’t yet know how deep the path would go. You can view some of my photography from Kenya: www.culturedconfidence.com
I briefly considered medical school… until I realized my heart was drawn to a different kind of medicine.
After college, I worked in a hospital, searching for where I fit in the world of healthcare. That’s when I found medical sales but first a detour in in nutraceuticals to give in to my passion of nutrition and supplements, traveling across the western U.S.
I eventually found myself breaking into the medical sales industry to become a full-line orthopedic device associate rep. I was the rep in the O.R. ensuring the instruments and implants were all good to go for the surgeon to use for hip & knee replacements, and ortho traumas. Eventually, I was promoted to run my own territory in wound care across a good chunk of Michigan with a $30k bump in base salary averaging 3,000 miles a month driving time. I enjoyed traveling, visiting with my different accounts. I made use of driving time with good podcasts and many audio books. My university on wheels.
However, from the outside, it looked like I had it all.
But my body had other plans.
The Cracks That Let the Light In
When the pandemic hit, I found myself in the aftermath of feeling overworked, overwhelmed, and unraveling.
Panic attacks became my baseline. My nervous system was screaming for help.
And for the first time, I truly listened.
I began exploring breathwork. Nervous system healing. The emotional roots of health.
It wasn’t long before I dove into transformational nutrition coaching certification, somatic awareness, and the subtle energetics of burnout, trauma, and worth.
But just as things began to click… everything collapsed.
Like a true Saturn return, life delivered Tower moment after Tower moment:
-
Moving across the state. Back injuries. Health crashes. Friendships dissolving.
-
Family deaths. A breakup. A toxic manager.
-
An emotional crash so deep I had to take FMLA — and still, no one helped.
I moved again — in with my parents. Autoimmune symptoms flared. I was placed on a PIP (and I passed it). I had given everything to a system that only saw performance... not humanity.
Health labs always came back "normal" but I was far from feeling normal in my body.
I was surviving making six figures. I was far from thriving.
So in August 2024, I walked away.
I quit my medical sales career.
Paused my part-time coaching business.
And made a sacred promise to myself:
I will no longer build anything from survival.
I will root into groundedness. Wholeness. Truth.
What I Bring to the Table
Now, I guide others through the very terrain I’ve walked.
Not from theory — but from lived experience.
My work weaves together:
-
Emotional & somatic healing
- Nutritional & holistic health
- Energetic alignment & intuitive rhythm
-
Nervous system attunement, intuition & spiritual tools
-
Identity reclamation, inner child work & self-worth
-
Relationships with others & with self
-
Career redirection, money healing & soul-led visibility
-
Environmental energy, boundaries, and sacred space
It’s not one-size-fits-all. It’s human-sized.
Whether you’re navigating grief, work trauma, autoimmune burnout, or quiet questioning — this space is for you.
Multi-Passionate Soul with an ADHD Brain
I’ve always been a curious, all-in kind of person — trying violin, improv, boxing, yoga, OrangeTheory, personal training… you name it. Not because I’m flaky or scattered, but because I’m wired for exploration. As someone with ADHD, I used to see this as a flaw... constantly pivoting, chasing the next thing. Now I see it as my gift.
I’m not meant to fit into one lane. I’m here to gather experiences, learn through movement, and follow the inner pulse of what lights me up — even if it changes. Each new passion taught me something about who I am and how I want to show up in the world.
One of my biggest dreams is to travel more. Not just to see the world, but to feel it. To listen to different rhythms. To remember what it means to be alive in a body, in a moment, in motion embracing different cultures.
My path isn’t linear — it’s a spiral. And that’s where my magic lives.
And when I’m not guiding others…
You’ll find me walking with my dog, Sammy, stretching in the sun, dancing out emotions, reading something insightful, baking something nourishing, creating messy art, or learning to trust the intuitive surges that have always been there.
I also believe in walking my talk. I have mentors and a coach of my own — because the right support is not a luxury. It’s a sacred resource.
The through-line of all my work?
Helping you come back to your body, your truth, and your rhythm...
So you can live, love, and lead from a place of clarity, capacity, and soul.
You’re not too much. You’re not behind.
You’re not here to be productive — you’re here to be whole.
And I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Foundations in Science + Soul
I began my education with a deep curiosity about the connection between what we eat and how we behave. That path led me to Michigan State University to earn a Bachelor’s in Zoology, with a concentration in Neurobiology and Animal Behavior, followed by a second Bachelor’s in Nutrition. These degrees laid the foundation for how I understand the body, brain, and behavior — and gave me a scientific lens through which I explore healing and wholeness.
Lived Training & Holistic Study
In addition to formal certifications in section below, my path has been deeply shaped by years of mentorship, embodiment work, and personal study. I’ve learned directly from somatic healers, spiritual teachers, relationship coaches, wealth-building coaches, Ayurveda practitioners, mediatation & breathwork guides — and have spent years exploring the deeper layers of self through astrology, Human Design, Myers-Briggs, and other integrative tools. Every modality I’ve studied has helped me better understand the nervous system, energetic patterns, and the nuanced process of becoming who we truly are. I bring all of this into my work — blending structure with soul to support whole-person healing.

Certifications & Professional Training
I’m certified through the Institute of Transformational Nutrition as a Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach (CTNC) with a specialization in hormone health, and also hold a Certified Business Coach credential through She Heals the World. Both programs are accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), reflecting a commitment to ethical standards, evidence-based practice, and transformational client care.
A final note, from me to you...
You’re not here to be fixed. You’re here to be remembered, reclaimed, returned to.
This work isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about finally feeling safe to be who you already are. I’ll meet you there.
